No. Algeria means that a data wipe has occurred. All data (Player stats/club stats etc) would probably have been wiped. This generally happens if an AV runs a scan on the game files when the game is running. Also means that the save is ruined unless a backup is present.
 
What Sherkey said. The history is deleted, so it defaults to Algeria, which I think is the first name in the database, alphabetically sorted.
 
Thank you for your reply and I think this is because I got a new laptop and it dose not have the date that I downloaded on my old one
