Edit Save Game - Place Reserves Team in Reserves League

I'm playing in the 512 World League (based in Japan), but unfortunately my team (Ajax) isn't getting into any of the Reserves Leagues, with my Reserves team obviously.

Is there a way to get do this- without starting a new game?

I don't know what the 512 World League is, but if a reserves league exists for which your Ajax team is eligible, you will be invited to enter it in the run up to next season. I have certainly played one game where my reserves had no league for the first season so I just arranged a handful of friendlies for them at the beginning of each month. Then having won promotion to the Blue Square Premier, I was invited to enter a regional Reserves League.
