Edited a datebase, Where to save it?

HELLO 8-|,
I've edited a database, saved it. I've saved it in
Sports Interactive>Football manager 09>db

and just to be safe, i've copied it to
Common>football manager 09>data>db

But still, its not coming up when i click 'new game' on fm itself.
PLEASE can somone help me? :'''(

and no, i just saved it? then found it somewhere and moved it to the place i said ^^....

where u using 9.3 database? If so try loading the 9.3 database and it's prbly gona be ur edited database

if your using data editor it should outomatically save in Sports Interactive>Football manager 09>db
