editing help on this kit please?

Hey, I just found this ace Sunderland kit with their new sponsor on (not official kit, but nice all the same) but it's a .jpg with white background. I was just hoping somebody with photoshop or good editing skills could transform this to a.png format and without the white backdrop, so it is worthy of putting in my game. then I guess anybody else could use it too, and I don't want to take credit. again, I saw it on a Sunderland forum, and it's just fantastic.

It adds the background back to it when i attatch it, you can have this one though, let me know if you want the sponsor colour changing as it stands out a bit
