Editing help

hey i was thinking of going on the editor and creating my team that i play for and put them in the game
but i was wandering how i would put the players faces into the game ?
i am able to get pictures of each player from team photos/facebook photos but i was wandering how i'd actually get them in the game ?

its a graphics program that creates a config file so they appear in the game
