Editing National Potential

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a quick and easy way to edit national potential in terms of the random generation of players in FM2010?

I played FM2009 for 7 seasons with Liverpool and never found a single half-decent Chinese player. I want to increase their potential to something like Scotland or Korea, so there's at least one or two star players good enough for the EPL.

Try changing the 'Game Importance' to Very Important or increase the training facilities of a few Chinese clubs
