Editing TV money for a league

I have created a fun database, whereby the existing western rich countries are overtaken by the BRICS emerging economies of the future (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) - have given the leagues and teams in those countries a much higher reputation, apart from India who have little interest in football.

How would I edit the tv money allocated to clubs within these countries? I understand that prize money changes according to the reputation of the league, but cannot work out tv money!

Edit Nation Rules, its on the main page for each division.

Perhaps am being stupid, but if I got to create nation rules, and then edit existing ones, there is no tab for prize money?

Basically everything is greyed out and cannot be edited under nation rules - not sure why?!

Can I edit the divisions in Nation Rules without creating a whole new league system for that country?

does fmrte let you change prize money??
