Editor Bugs

Whenever I do anything in the editor the only action it seems to take is to duplicate my created team. to the point where I have 50 instances of it in the DB. Whenever I add staff and save it the staff aren't there, but read as though they are, but seem to be in a duplicate of my team which I didn't create.

Please god tell me how to stop it before I smash my screen in.

does this make any sense to anyone? I am working on my loaded editor data... this is when the problems are occuring...
