Editor: Club Rules, Nationality

I was wondering if anyone knew how to add a rule to a club so that they can only have English players
Like with Athletic Bilbao but English players instead of Basque

Then the only way for this is to change a rule for the hole League, that there is not allowed to have other players than nationale

it would be good to try, it would make game more interesting
