editor files help!!

I downloaded the FM-Base Money Bags database when I dl it said xml. file. I put the file into the Editor Files folder and went to start my game, however when i start my game I cannot access my editor files in the game.

HELP!!

i cannot find editor on fm 12 do you have to download it if so where from

im not sure ive nto used it, i thin kyou can get it on here somewhere
