editor help

trying to make premier league, championship, league 1, league 2 clubs only aloud to sign british players and only british players are aloud to play in matches. how to i do this in the editor, any help much appreciated.

You'd need to open the compeitions in advanced rules and edit the fixture rules for match or squad registration
