Editor missing

HI ALL

Just a quick Q about the editor. I have orriginaly played the game off line and have had the editor opion available, now for some reason I have not been able to download the update patches, so I uninstalled and downloaded the game via steam and got the auto update. BUT no editor available. Any ideas.
