EDITOR PROBLEM!!

Hi.
I have recently bought FM 09 and i always love using the editor on previous FMs and create my own teams and players, but I havent got this years editor to work. Whenever I click on the Editor shortcut it says; 'The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect.' Does anyone know what the problem is and how I get it to work??
Help would be very much appreciated.

Try downloading this and see if that helps. I think it's because your computer does not have a working C++ environment installed.
