Is it possible to re-structure international competitions in the database editor and merge nations??
What I'd like:
~64 "nations", setup into a 3-tier league, 20/20/24 teams, that compete over the course of 3 years, leading up to a World Cup in the 4th year, which is a 32 team tournament, made up of the top division, and the top 12 teams of the second division.
I'd like to merge nations, which I know is silly, but rather than have stars from tiny nations, they are part of a regional 'team' now. Some bigger nations would stay as is, but all the mid size nations will suck up the smaller ones around them.
Before I get deep into this, I just want to know if it is possible... I've used the editor before, but only to mess with leagues promotion/relegation, and even then, I followed detailed how-to's from you experts... and it was years ago.
