Editor Question.

So I like the storyline of the San Marino game as the better your reputation gets the better the national team can become, and it got me wondering if its possible to create a team and have it produce regens from say Northern Ireland whilst playing in the English league similar to San Marino producing Sammarinese talent in the Italian division. Never really used editor to much apart from editing players, so would just like to know if this is possible and if someone can explain how to in detail if so.
