editor wont load

right, im clicking on my editor, and it keeps coming up with "Editor 2011 is already running" when it isnt. dont tell me ive got to uninstall the game, ive already done that, and it keeps happening.

No, there's no need to pay for the editor
Go to Windows Task Manager and check whether the editor is running or not responding or there's no editor in your task manager.

Ignore your brother.

If you restarted your computer and it STILL doesn't work, thats quite confusing, try checking under startup programs if maybe somehow the editor snuck it's way in there? But then it would start when windows loads and... Yeah, any other information that we might find useful?
