This is a good tactic my friend thank you for posting it. It has helped me with blackburn in the prem, 10th in my first season, 5th in my second season. Third season in the prem started but currently on 3Ls out of 3 games, but im not sure why, tactic is still sound I can vouch for it.
do you always keep on balanced mentality? or do you change dependent on game needs? any specific profile of players you find works really well in the tactic? I found shea lacey is a beast RW in this tactic.

To answer your question: in Spanish Division 4, I played with a Positive mentality. In Division 3, I switched to Normal. And since I moved up to Liga 2, based on my first two matches, I now play almost all the time on Cautious, because that works best.
I have to say that my squad is pretty limited in quality compared to the other Liga 2 teams. I chose Real Unión Irún, a very indebted club, so I could hardly recruit any new players. Despite that, I’m doing really well thanks to the tactic.

Pour répondre à ta question : en Division 4 espagnole, je jouais avec une mentalité Positive. En Division 3, je suis passé sur Normale. Et depuis que je suis monté en Liga 2, au vu de mes deux premiers matchs, je joue désormais quasiment tout le temps en Prudente, car c'est ce qui fonctionne le mieux.
Il faut dire que mon effectif est assez limité en qualité par rapport aux autres équipes de Liga 2. J'ai choisi le Real Unión Irún, un club très endetté, donc je n'ai pratiquement pas pu recruter de nouveaux joueurs. Malgré ça, je m'en sors très bien grâce à la tactique.
