I usually left the matches to the assistant coach and played in holiday mode. I also set the fixed piece organization to mixed.
 
And could you show the individual instructions of the players in each position, I just want to create and test this tactic in fm 23
 
I've never lost so far but if i win i'm not convincing.
I suffer a lot and score little, the opposite of what happens to you.
I played against low ranking teams.
100% tactical familiarity.
In the match screens, the first line indicates the total shots while the second line indicates the shots on goal.
Where is the problem?
