What is the key attributes for each position?

If the full-backs are good at crossing and the wing-forwards are good at finishing, their goal contribution is higher. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get the forwards to score many goals in the game. I think most people are complaining about this situation...

I have a question, or 2 actually.
The fullbacks on overlap, rather die than crossing in to the box and thus creating a goalchance. Is this a problem for anyone else?

Hello, I made some small adjustments to the instructions of the fullbacks, as they make a difference. I changed the role of our striker. I have a better tactic. Today I will share it with the visuals.

EL TURCO - V - LEFTER Our tactic. It's obvious from the visuals. The other one is for dead pieces.
