I'm not a tactics creator, I don't have time for that. I use tactics that are just as strong at home as they are away. The standard ones like 4-2-3-1, 4-3-3, 4-4-2 are fallible.

If there were no mistakes, there would be no reason to point out shortcomings. Everyone looks at things from their own perspective; I'm interested in the results.
In the game, the striker is ineffective and doesn't score many goals. There's a limit to the number of goals scored, but the hidden striker support role provides an advantage by having one more player. I analyze a tactic by trying it in 20-30 different ways. Don't comment just for the sake of commenting... Find a good tactic, download it, and continue your career

Strongly hope that you reconsider your decision about never posting new tactics! There will always be people out there with cruel intentions and bad habits. You have a large fan base, me included, who loves your updates and eagerly Waits for your newest views and tactics in the game!

I was lost in FM24 for a long time. Tried out at least 30 different tactics over a period of two years until I found your thread here at FM base. Your tactics are really special and always working! Of course none tactic can win every singel game, but you soon get a feeling if the tactic will work in the long therm, and your tactics are always very solid.

You also have a gentle and humorous way to post the tactics and comments here on the thread. I read every single of them. Thanks!

I totally agree with you Molli about Elturco tactics they are by far the best tactics that ive used and ive been playing FM for many years and over the years there have been numerous people who have made fantastic tactics and shared them, they are the elite tactic makers and Elturco is in that group of masters of tactic makers.
I do hope Elturco changes his mind and keeps sharing.
Maybe Elturco could make a members only group and i would be happy to pay a subscription.

I have never been, and never will be, someone who demands paid participation. I am actively testing the strategy I use in my career, correcting any issues I identify, and will complete the final stage before leaving, sharing my findings as soon as possible. Everyone shares tactics, that's normal, and you had to create a tactic without PLC to show good results, not the usual 4231...

Every series has a loophole, and you need to find the best fit with that formation. This takes hours and effort. Since you're so knowledgeable, share your experience; I'd enjoy using it. Also, rest assured, in my last post I'll be presenting my career with a tactic that's outside the norm. You'll remember me when you use it
