EL VOLCANO 3-4-1-2 | Tactical Eruption

You mean strikers for Atalanta?
It depends who you can get.
There are plenty good examples
I prefer both of them to be all round good,DLF more tehnical and TF more strong and better in air.
Fastest they are better will be impact 😉
Yes strikers for Atalanta, Lookman went to Saudi, still got like Raspadori, CDK etc, but I dont really like them that much.
I got money to spend. :D

Hello BabeMoćni, both tactics are fantastic. I use them in combination. Volcano v2 has worked best for me against teams that are weaker or equal to my team, and Fortress against teams that I should lose to. The combination has also worked very well for me during the match. If I need to score a goal, I switch to Volcano V2, and if I need to keep the score, then Fortress. The only problem is that when I do this during the match, my team positions are disrupted, so my midfielder becomes a striker, and my striker becomes a defender, and I can't change that. Have you had such a problem and do you know if there is a solution? Thanks!

Millwall – Season Two: The British Only Challenge Begins

After a successful first season and promotion to the Premier League, I decided to make it more challenging.
I spent several days searching through players, analysing profiles and trying to find the right balance for my system, and in the end I made the decision to make this save even harder.

The rebuild was massive. In total, 14 players came in and 18 players left the club, all replaced with British players. Considering Millwall’s reputation and financial limitations, this was extremely difficult to pull off, but I am quite happy with what I managed to build.

The biggest signings were Tyrone Mings and Charles to strengthen the centre-back positions, bringing much needed experience and physical presence for Premier League football. In midfield, Tim Iroegbunam joined to add energy and balance, while Rhian Brewster came in to lead the line in the striker role. Around them, the squad has solid backups in every position, which should help us survive the intensity of the season.

The goal for this year is realistic but ambitious — fight for a Champions League spot. If I manage to bring in one or two bigger names in January, maybe we can push for something even bigger, but for now the focus is consistency and development.

This is a real challenge. The Premier League is unforgiving, especially with a completely new squad, but I can honestly say I enjoyed the start of the season. In the first five matches we recorded four wins and one draw, with the only dropped points coming against Crystal Palace, who equalised in the 96th minute.

Early on, I realised I needed to take more risks. The squad is new, chemistry takes time, and playing safe in the Premier League often gets punished. Because of that, I changed my left wing-back to a more advanced role, which added aggression and often gives us an extra player arriving in the box during the final phase of attacks. The impact has been noticeable, especially in sustaining pressure.

The team itself is a mix of youth and experience, and I’m very curious to see how this experiment finishes in our first Premier League season. Tactically, I also made small adjustments out of possession — against teams using inverted wing-backs in a 4-3-3, I move my two wingers into AMC positions to close central spaces and make it harder for opponents to dominate the middle.

I am still observing, still tweaking, and always trying to improve the tactic. The Premier League is definitely the best place to test it.

A nice early reward came with being named Barclays Manager of the Month in our first month in the Premier League, which confirms that the project is moving in the right direction — but the real test is still ahead.

This season is about proving that the system works even under stricter limitations. So far, the challenge has been difficult, but exactly the kind of challenge that makes this save enjoyable.

Millwall – Season 2 Update: Still Fighting, Still Dreaming

Season two with Millwall has turned into something far more interesting than I expected. We are roughly where I thought we would be at this stage — competitive, difficult to beat, but still some distance away from truly dominating the league. The team feels solid, organized, and capable of hurting anyone on the right day, yet every match tells a different story. Nothing comes easy, and that’s exactly what makes this save so exciting to play.

There have already been some big moments this season. A huge win against Arsenal showed what this team can do when everything clicks, while draws against Manchester City, Liverpool, and Chelsea proved that we belong at this level and can compete with the very best.
Of course, there were also a few unlucky dropped points along the way, but despite that we remain close to first place, still fully in the fight.Losing against Brighton at home really hurts because we really dominated that match. But that is football. You just need to accept it.It happening in the real life often.

It is now January and we have just signed Joe Willock from Newcastle for a very cheap price. His speed and agility should help us a lot and fit perfectly into the way we want to play, adding energy and directness to our midfield. I was very happy to secure this deal and I’m looking forward to seeing his impact on the team.

The biggest concern came with the injury to Tyrone Mings, who is out for three months. Losing such an important defensive presence was a big blow, but credit to the squad — we have managed to cope well so far and keep our structure intact.

At the moment, the biggest problem in the squad is the goalkeeper position. Angus Gunn has done his job, but realistically he is not good enough for the Premier League level we are trying to reach. The issue is that better British goalkeepers simply are not interested in joining a smaller club like Millwall right now. My main target is Mark Travers from Everton. He is interested in coming, but unfortunately he is also injured for two months, and Everton currently refuse to sell him.

With January still open, there is hope that another British goalkeeper might surprise us and accept the challenge before the end of the transfer window. Until then, we continue to fight with what we have.

Recently, I also feel like I have finally found a way to play against teams using inverted wing-backs in a back four, and it has made a real difference for now. I decided to use all weapons possible, including adding tighter marking to my two midfield roles to close the middle a little bit more. On top of that, I increased individual pressing for my three midfielders and both strikers, trying to maximise pressure on the opponent and disrupt their build-up as early as possible.
I will update tactic If I see that it really makes difference.

This season remains unpredictable, challenging, and incredibly enjoyable. We are not dominating, but we are competing — and for now, that makes every single match worth playing.
