So I done this story on FM12 (Sir Alex Ferguson: The Career.) and FM13 (Sir Alex Ferguson: The Career) so here is FM14's go at it.

This will be done alongside my Global Explosion career and I'll switch between them as I get tired of one and vice versa.

Sir Alexander Chapman Ferguson
, born 31 December 1941, will go down in the history books as one of, if not the best manager of all time. His 48 trophies won as a manager make him the most successful British football manager in history.

Having recently retired after 26 hugely successful years in charge of Manchester United I?ve decided to try and copy his football management career on Football Manager.

St Mirren (1974-78)

Outside of this, Fergie also has, among other things, 11 Manager of the Year Awards and 27 Manager of the Month Awards.

It is my aim to reach this level of success. I hope you?ll follow and comment where possible. Here we go again?

I'll be instant resulting most matches and holidaying in between games so should get through seasons very quickly.

I'll also aim to follow the exact career path and spend at least once full season with each club.

Which tactic set up would you be following initially?

CHAMPIONS!! Not even the real Fergie managed this! And we won it with great ease.

However we were over wage budget and as such I couldn't offer contracts to most of my players whose contracts were expiring. In total 18 players were released at the end of the season. A big summer of player recruitment needed!

With one season completed at the Shire I will now keep an eye out for the St Mirren job, however they finished 3rd last year in the SPL so they are far exceeding all expectations, but we'll see.

CHAMPIONS AGAIN!! After signing a load of free agents to cover the mass exodus in the summer I didn't expect much more than avoiding relegation in our first season in League One. And initially it looked liked we would fullfill our media expectations of finishing bottom!!

However, the new signings settled and slight tactical changes saw us go on an unstoppable run tha saw us clinch the title on the final day of the season!

Into the Championship.

Danny Lennon, the St Mirren manager, was close to being sackedmid way through the season with the Buddies lying a disappointing 10th in the SPL. I expressed an interest in the job but that was laughed off and even upset the East Stirlingshire board!

****!!!

I forgot to remove the league restrictions when starting up the game so I can't add or remove leagues so unable to add the English leagues to eventually take over Man Utd! CAREER OVER

(I may just play on and try to make East Stirlingshire the biggest team in Scotland/the world)

Will try this one, and also made me think about other challenges of that style. First one will be "Emulating Fabio Capello"

Keep going man, great challenge taking East Stirling to the summet. Although take about 10 minutes rate you get things done.

gutted you never got the english leagues because I enjoyed your other emulations! In your table you have FA Cup instead of Scottish Cup btw :p
