Right, I'm currently just entered the January window and as I do every year on the 1st of January I always try and find good players who's contracts are going to be expire in the summer. I have found a few players I am interested signing using the End of Contract ruling, but the problem is, it won't allow me to do this with players which are signed to a english club. I've never had this problem before or from what I remember anyways.

Was wondering if anyone know's why I can't yet or is it different for players registered to BPL teams?

You can't sign players who are playing in England if you are a Premier League team.

If they ae under the age of 24ish you can't sign them on pre-contract i think

You can sign anyone on a pre-contract basis, if they're below 24 years, you'll have to pay the present club compensation. Also, yeah, in England, you can only approach players when they have 1 month remaining on their contract if you're an English club.
