End of my tether!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Ive finally had enough of tis game and im venting my frustration. I'm Stoke and have done 2 seasons. I ve performed poorly and what's really annoying me now is the **** results against teams who i know i have better players than. I seem to concede everytime theres a highlight and im getting annoyed.
I don't have the time to play in depth i like to do my stuff at the beginning and then get on with it. I've tried listening to my coaches but they wan't me to change formation every match which is crazy and goes against the work ive put in on my own formation.

My usual starting XI is

I've made solid tactics to suit the players i have but am giving up.

My last two games lost 3-2 at Sheff Utd against ten men and just drew 1-1 at home to Hull conceding a late equiliser after missing a host of chances.

I just dont feel like i can take a team anywhere unlike on previous versions

Any suggestions i will be eternally greatful.

Perhaps you should be taking time regularly with your tactics then...

if you dont have time to play in depth, perhaps you are playing the wrong game. This game is all about depth and management. Maybe Fifa 10 or PES 10 would be better (pes 10 has youth teams and new tactic stuff)
