End of Season, Team of Year Competition

Does anybody know if it is possible to make a new competition at the end of the seasons, that would be based on individual leagues teams of the year. Same Team Ideas as MLS Team of Year. Sort of last few weeks in May. Also possibly every 2 years so as not to coinside with the WC and Euro's.

Teams to compromise of Premier League, La Liga, Sire A, Bundesliga, League 1, Erdervise ?? (Holland), Portugal and another, mabey russia or another of the eastern europe teams.

Examples of this would be
1. Knockout System
8 Leagues in 2 legged knockout rules competition

or

2. Mini League and Final
two league of 4 teams playing each other once, winners of group play each other in final

or

3. MIni Leagues and Knockout
same as above but top two from each play knockout before final.

Most greatful if anybody would be able to help with this idea

so you want the top teams from the top leagues of different countrys
to play eachother in another cup?

No. I want one team comprising of the best players of the season (Team of Season) from each of the leagues to play eachother in a competition / cup

No that won't be possible and if it is, will be very complicated. Could ask on SI Forums if anyone there knows how to.
