England Team Help...

So i am doing an Online International FM with friends and i am England...

It is 2014, I just got to the finally of the World Cup and lost to Argentina 2-0 (was heartbreaking :'( )

My Team is

Hart
Richards - Cahill - Jagielka - Baines
Jones
Wilshere - Gerrard
Ox - Rooney - Young

Need to plan my team for 2016

need a CB to replace Jagielka, a CM to replace Gerrard (preferably box to box) and a LW to replace Young (or a RW and i can move Ox to LW)

any help? ​

How about Shawcross or Smalling at CB, Rodwell or Collison at CM and Cleverley/A. Johnson/Lennon/Walcott on the wing?

Smalling and Rodwell are good ideas, not sure about the wingers :/ ive played them all before and they didnt do well!

Any more ideas?

You could try looking at some regens?
If not;
CB - Smalling, Shawcross, Richards (play Walker at RB), S.Taylor
CM - Rodwell, Cleverley, Shelvey, Cattermole, Henderson, Barkley
RW/LW - Walcott, Johnson, Sturridge

Jack Collison? If so he is English but already a Welsh international.

shawcross looks like a good CB!

just need a winger now,gonna keep Gerrard until Euro 2016

Shawcross is amazing along with Phil Jones, Smalling, and for your wings try Nathan Redmond? he is quite good in a few of my saves..
