Will1981 Custom Databases- NEW DATABASE

http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/downloads.php?do=file&id=3635
In this database I have completely redesigned the English League and Cup system as follows:
16 team English Premier League
16 team English League 1
16 team English League 2
16 team English League 3
16 team English League 4
16 team English League 5
16 team English League 6
16 team English League 7
16 team English League 8
16 team English League 9
In all these leagues each team plays each other twice (30 games in total). I have reduced the number of league games to create time for all clubs to compete in the English Champions League a group stage then knockout cup created to replace the FA and League Cups.
The English Champions League will consist of 16 groups of 10 teams who will play each other twice (18 games in total) the top 2 teams from each group will qualify for the knockout stage to be played over 2 legs.
There is also a English Super Cup which will be played between the winners of the English Premier League and the English Champions League.

Other Changes:
No Squad Rules
No Limits on Foreign Players
No Transfer Window
Full Reserve and Youth Leagues
Much Fairer Prize Money
No Playoffs 3 up 3 down from all leagues

Hope you Enjoy this Database and other Nations will follow soon.

How are the teams drawn for the Champions League? ie. is there one team from each league in each group??? (For example: One group could be, IRL: Man U (Prem), Portsmouth (Championship), Charlton (Lg 1)...etc)

yes mate 1 team from each league in each group

I voted for USA, Australia and Brazil.

USA and Australia for limitations, and Brazil because the football system is boring.

this is a really good idea. is it downloadable at all does anybody know. thanks

Scandinavian Champions League
The top division clubes from Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden have all been entered into the Scandinavian Champions League where they will compete for a prize of £10,000,000 and the pride of scandinavia.
The Scandinavian Champions League consists of 14 groups of 5 teams (70 teams) with each team playing each other twice and the top two from each group plus 4 best runners up qualifying for the two-legged knockout stage.
The Scandinavian Champions League is based in Denmark so when you start a new game you need to make sure the Danish league is selected. Enjoy.

World Cup
In this database I have selected the best 200 national teams and placed them into the World Cup a group stage then knockout compatition which takes place every year.
The World Cup runs as follows:

Group stage: 20 groups of 10 teams play each other twice with the top 3 plus the 4 best 4th place teams qualifying for the knockout stage which will be played over 2 legs in each round.

To play this database select the English database and then just chose which nation you want to manage.

Quick question about my 'Premier League Years' databases, should I continue to make them like I have the Arsenal and Villa one or should I remake them where all the players are a little older and ready too play 1st team games in season 1, as I holidayed the Arsenal one 3 seasons and none of the players had broke into the 1st team.
Please reply your feedback is appreciated.

wow. that's amazing.
is it hard to change the rules? I really want to do it myself but I don't have a clue how to start.
is there maybe a manual for it?

it would be nice if someone can help me.

cheerz

Using the England the future database and have to say its very good, only flaw is that when its international duty the english premier league games are still on so i hardly had any players!

documents/sports interactive/football manager 2011/editor data

You have the nation for the World database set as England, so basically all the regens will English, which will F*** Up international competitions.

Also, why do Man Utd have £164 million and Arsenal £90 million??
