On my save, the England u21 managers job became available half through the first season as Stuart Pearce became Newcastle manager. I applied for it in the hope to enhance my chances of becoming the England manager after Roy Hodgson. I got the job, now the following season England failed to qualify for the World Cup and sacked Hodgson. However, disappointingly, I am unable to apply for the England job, the button is just not there.
Why is this? Is it possible to go from u21 to senior manager? Or is it a bug?
