englands most talented youth outside of the prem

what would you guys say are the most promising youths outside of the prem?
i can name a few, miles addison-derby, alex chamberlin-southampton, alex smithies-hudersfield, and hoorah there all english, but to be honest, they are the only ones i really know off, so if you have any gems please tell us all

and i know this has nothing to do with this thread, but im new to fm base so dont really know where to look, i have made my own training schedules, but i dont have a slider for shooting, if anyone would be able to direct me where to look, or simply tell me where it is, id much appreciate it

Are you playing FM in a window? If so, the bottom sliders are sometimes covered as the window isn't big enough. Going into preferences, display and sound, then changing the display to default usually fixes this.

chamberlain for me is mint, his transfer value has shot up from 1.2m to 5m, and has loads of intrest, so might cash in on him
