English Lower Leagues down to Level 7-8

Made the title misleading for a reason, has anyone yet to or going to create a database for the English lower leagues?? if so could i get a link to it, cant seem to find anything yet but there's bound to be one somewhere

There is someone over on the SI forums who is in the middle of making one and it's currently in testing. (I had a look as I'm hoping to start at level 11/12 myself). It will come that's for sure
