English only team

When creating a team is it possible to set that the team can only sign English or British players? Like Bilbao with Basque players? If so how do I do it in the editor? Cheers.

Why not take over a team and just buy English players then eventually just sell the non English players.

Because I want to start a new team from scratch, it also won't stop non English regens coming through the youth system.

Don't think there is anyway to stop that happening.

I believe something like that is hardcoded in the game about only signing Basque players. I dont think there is any way to unlock it in the editor.
