English Quota

Currently in Europe with my Liverpool squad but unfortunately haven't really got enough English trained player (need 8). What I am looking for is good up and coming young English talent. I have got 90mill to spend but looking to spend 70mill on quality players and then 20mill on youngsters

The best English players are the famous ones. Most of the good youth has been named already in this thread. Jack hobbs becomes alright, so does Dan Gosling.

What i generally go is not focus on signing english players and when it comes to registering for europe use reserves and my under 18's to fill the quota. If you're liverpool then you will have plenty, just register Spearing etc
