I have a save going where I am planning to have a completely, English/British First XI and subs, this is my current selection of players. Any suggestions/improvements??

I can vouch for Forster. Doing A Liverpool story and he's been immense for me. Don't let the scout reports fool ya, the guy is a beast in goal.

Will he turnout better than Jack Butland?? Got him at the moment
 
McCarthy from Readng is also a pretty decent english keeper too.

Edit: actually, McCarthy has a higher PA than Butland.
 
Nice going! The thing with english talent though is that most of the time, they are not really world class, and you have to overpay to obtain them :(
Where as you can pick up world class argentines for 2million

Yeah, I know. :p It's something I've been meaning to do for a while though.
 
Just out of interest, If I were to make this a story, would it be something you guys would follow??
 
Go for it! You got Rossiter, you are doing stuff the right way!
That guy turns into a god, unfortunately on my save he is plauged with injuries, out 3-4 months, comes back, 6 good games, bam, out for another few months :(

One player I can't recommend to much is Jordan jones or James? from Middlesbrough. Great alround attacking midfielder.
 
Ryan Ledson from Everton, very young at start (only 21/22 in year 2018 with my Everton) he's insane dude.
 
Since the guy above me mentioned Everton, i suppose you could try and get Ross Barkley and rotate him with Hughes.
 
Dunk and Forster Caskey from Brighton are worth a look, maybe even Will Buckley as a squad player
 
Sam Johnstone - GK Man Utd turns out pretty good, also consider Amos
Kyle Walker RB, Steven Caulker/Shawcross CB,
Gareth Barry, Adam Johnson, Nathan Redmond, Nick Powell, Wilfried Zaha Midfielders
Looking at that your most likely going to need a striker, Marvin Sordell turns out pretty good
