English teir update level 9-10 error

hey guys i downloaded the database that has all the lower leagues like the level 9 and 10 leagues, and wat happens is whenever i load the game, it windows fm and tells me there is an error can anyone help?

ah mine did this because i put it in the wrong folder and then the right one, remember it needs to go in editor data folder and not the "db" one. if all else fails delete and re-download

Do i extract it too the folder or copy n paste?

I did all this and still no luck any other ideas?
