English U18 transfers only

So Ive started a new save with Norwich, and Im only allowing myself to sign English players aged 17 and under. Boosting my youth recruitment, junior coaching, facilities etc straight away.

Has anyone ever done similar with any success?

Norwich already have good youth facilities already, but Max Clayton is good.
