As soon as the season ends I go through my squad and look at the youngsters and assess what I'll do with them, I then check the first team squad and work out who's played and not (selling any dead wood) and then look at age and weigh up whether to sell while I can get the money, get their wages dropped (they never agree too) or whether they're priceless.
