This is my new story, I hope you enjoy reading through it. Basically, I made a team, and placed a few of my favourite players into it. I dont have a huge budget, or a bottomless pit of money(that would take away the fun).

I really like the idea. On FM09 I did something similar but I only chose 4 players and gave myself a budget of 10 million and tried to survive in the EPL. Needless to say I didn't do it but I had immense fun in doing it
 
Thanks, I have a small squad, and around 11m to spend on players, so even though my squad is very good, a couple of injuries could really screw me.
 
I would love to see a screenie of the squad, I might nick the idea myself but I don't think I will do a story
 
Here is my squad. A mixture of experience and youth, but still quite thread-bare. With only 11m to spend, I need to spend wisely.

Haha Parkin and Litmenen

I remember when Litmenen joined Fulham on a six month loan deal two seasons ago, never even played ;) May have a few good technical stats but offers nothing in the physical department, Parkin is just a different gravy ;)

Litmanen has excellent stats, even at 38, he is quality. Will look to use his experience to bring on my youth. Jon Parkin is brilliant.

Yeah, should be a ffairly easy game. I have decided to go to the rave tomorrow, as the lure of FM stopped me.:P

Thanks Tobe, I actually got the idea from your ManU story, but with less money, and not as good a squad.
