Aye, I have! I'm currently Boavista though, and my board is a bit ****** as my wage budget is 2900£, but I'm spending 5500£, and all the good Portuguese players are away on loan anyway, so I'm not currently in the need of wonderkids! But would you suggest any specific ones for Portugal?
