Error Code 66

My FM11 won't start due to this error, I also tried FM10 and it said the same thing :S

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Is it through steam or retail version?

maybe your computer doesnt meet the requirements to run the games

Yep, it's on Steam.

And it can't be my computer as I played FM11 on it since I bought it on the release date!

Also something I've noticed when I try to open it, the cancel button darkens a bit as if I'm clicking it (but obviously I'm not/or pressing enter) and then the error code 66 comes up

Is EVERYTHING up to date like for example the drivers etc. And also verify the game cache too

I'm pretty sure all the drivers are fine, I haven't verified the cache so I'll try that
