error in national rules

basically im new to the editing of the national rules and have tried my best but there is a message reading "all teams in Big Boy League must be assigned to the parent division or its child division (which i guessing are its sub-divisions) not both, any help would be appreciated

if you go to competitions and search for the parent division this shouldn't have any teams registered or teams for this season or teams for next season. the sub divisions should have that info.

so basically youre saying the highest division shouldnt have any teams in?

if you've got sub divisions then you need to put the teams in the actual sub divisions and not in the division they are grouped under if that makes sense.

e.g. the teams are in the blue square north and in the blue square south but not the blue square north/south

or is that not what you mean?
