Error on 2012 Demo

Does anyone know how to solve the following errors?? Please help

Football Manager 2012 Demo is running dangerously low on memory, please quit and free up some memory.

then

Football Manager 2012 Demo has run out of memory and will now quit.

I don't understand as I have loads of memory and 4 gb RAM. I can also play FM2011 with no problem still.

Is it something to do with Directx. The demo was working prior to steam installing the update for this if so how can I delete the update and load the game without Steam attempting to update it again?

No not istalled anything. only copied a few tactics and shortlists.

Well as you can see on the link i just posted the guy had that problem because of his tactics that he imported from FM11
