Error when testing database "warning invalid situation"

Hi, so i wanted to make a custom database basically the World best teams in a nation (i know not original).
So i decided to go with the former yugoslavia and rename it then create the leagues and the rules. I did 2 divisions, then when to test only to find out that when i reach the setting up leagues and competition an error comes up it says "warning invalid situation", comes up 3 times after i press ok then a crash dump,anyone has a clue why?View attachment 196159

Same Thing Happened To Me When I Started A New Game Even Though All The Files Are Valid Don't Know Why It's Happening Though.
