Espanyol tactic

Hello, I'm in the first season with Espanyol and the team is on the last position of the table. I've tried different tactics but I can't win no matter what... Tried the Iron Ones tactic but they practically don't wanna play. Getting beat by Celta Vigo 4-2, Mallorca 2-0, etc. What tactic should I use? I saw people using the Iron Ones tactic and they get good/awesome results with mid table teams but I can't beat anybody.
