Especially important stats for lower league positions?

So in LLM which are specific attributes to look for per position. I've just finished my 1st season in Serie C with San Marino and the top goalscorer was Rachid Arma for Pisa. He's got 18 in finishing but CA roughly the same as the average player in the division. So players can be the sameish CA/star rating but perform wildy differently depending on stat distribution. Instead of a balance are there especially 'killer' attributes for each position in the lower leagues?

I look for the same key stats, depending on the position, regardless of what league I'm in.

personally i look for workrate stamina and determination but i think it varies between different people
