Expected better from the English sides in this competition to be honest. I expect there priorities lie elsewhere though.

In all honesty, if we were good enough to even play in this competition. A few bad decisions shouldn't make a difference to the final result. We can only blame ourselves.
 
Well this will be my only rant about the game then I will not complain anymore. Not going to do a halbard and cry every week ;) he will come on all happy now but we still got further than his team :D Anyway. Referee was an absolute ******! 2 Major decisions we should have had at least 1 penalty the first one was a stone waller and its a red card which changes the whole game especially when at that stage we were dominating at that point.
The referee adds on 4 minutes yet an injury to our player on the 90th minute was down for about 2-3 minutes genuinley injured yet he blows the full time whistle on the 4th minute WHY ? he should have played at least 1 minute extra minimum, although it wouldn't have made much difference he should be following the rules :S but because he doesn't know them suppose he can't. Fifth officials are absolutely useless also they get paid to stand holding what only can be used to spank each other in the showers after the game - What a life!

Overall Performance - 1st half absolutely terrible, Edu was abysmal and wasn't worthy of cleaning even Laffertys boots. and that continued the second half from him. 2nd half rangers came out and attacked and clearly showed everyone we can play attacking football when we want to althought I don't know why we don't if we can but awell. Probably deserved to go out over both legs however we went out tonight with our heads held high we put the ******** on psv and I'm pleased tbh.

Rant over :D Yes im gutted we lost, Yes Im probably a bit bitter right now but the referee was in the wrong. But awell were out **** happens good luck to psv in the next round they deserved to go through over both ties. A 1-1 draw would have been the fair result tonight but owell :(
 
Very happy for Braga, deserved! Disappointed with the Porto - CSKA match, was hoping more from the visitors, but I can't blame them, one of their key players (Honda) had a horrible match for obvious reasons.

Liverpool really have nothing to play for now (Maybe CL spot) and City still have an FA Cup Tie, so Liverpool should have focused more on the Europa League IMHO

We should have had a pen when carroll was clearly pushed in the back, carroll was through on goal and onside but the linesman gave it off, the amount of times we were given offside when we werent was ridiculous. But no excuses, we didnt take our chances.
Still angry about the fact suarez couldnt play, it is one of the wost rules in european competitions, like the one that stopped us taking atletico to penalties last year (the away goal rule). The away goal rule shouldnt apply in extra time as 1 team has 90 mins to score an away goal, the other has 120 mins. That just simply is not fair.

Hopefully we can get into europe next season as this season is looking like 6th place :(
 
If i didn't put money on Liverpool today, I will be happy that Braga win.. but his...******* Skrtel

With what?

The two best players Liverpool have were cup tied and injured.

The hopeful next best is nowhere near match fit and there's a lot of work to be done.

You don't win cups with teams like that after being in charge 3 months, it just doesn't happen.

Liverpool need a left back 2 cbs and 2 wingers, not to mention a defensive midfielder.

Your right definate conspiracy! we got cheated, if it wasn't for that ref we would have won the game and the tournament XD.

Only benefit although I feel sorry for the big guy is lafferty is surely ruled out for sunday.

I hope for the final Villareal against Porto. I was really surprised that Man city and Liverpool lost their first leg and now they were beaten by two "little" clubs.
 
Braga may be "little" but Dynamo surely aren't. And Braga has eliminated celtic and sevilha previously this year, and even defeated Arsenal, so they are pretty good .
