Europa League editing problem

I decided that I wanted to make changes to my database to reflect the majority of the promotions and relegations of this season to then start the game with next seasons teams in the right leagues (with a few of my own guesses added in) and for the most part it has all seemed to work.

The one problem I am having though is that now whenever the database plays through, it doesn't play the Europa League on past the 3rd qualifying round and I cant seem to work out what I have done wrong to fix it.

If someone could help me I would appreciate it greatly because I really would like to play on this database and may even start a network game with it with one of my mates.

As an update to this question, I have found that the game doesn't schedule in a date to make the draw for the playoff round to enter the group stage so is there a way for me to put a date in for the playoff draw?
