Could somebody explain me how are the teams that go trough to the knockout stages are determinted if two teams finish with the same goal diff and the games that they played between them both have been draws ?

Away goals? for example if you drew 1-1 at home and then 2-2 away you have the better record due to the 2 away goals?

I drew 0-0 against a team at home, and then away I drew 2-2, but for some they were the ones that got through. Is this a bug or what ?

Has the other team scored more goals against other teams?

Perhaps the team in question has a better coefficient if its still tied and that is why they went through.
