Europa League Save

Has anyone got a save where Bolton, Blackburn, Birmingham, Sunderland, Newcastle, Aston Villa or Fulham are in the Europa League because i want to be a team in europa league not the best but i can't be bothered to be the team from the start

Why don't you just holiday a season one night then go one of the teams in Europe ?
