Europe Qualification Places

I've created my own nation and leagues but I can't sort out the qualification places. I've attached a picture so hopefully that will help you to find the problem that I have.

this is a bug. sometimes when you add nation this can happen. this is because qualification system for CL and EL is shity work from SI. make new rules for euro competition and thats it
