Welcome to the European Alphabet Challenge! In this Challenge, you must make your way through each country in alphabetical order.

Rules

1- You must start in the 2nd tier of Austria
2- You must start wth the team that is predicted to finish 10th (May vary depending on what update you use)
3- In order to progess to the next coutry, You must win the top Domestic League and every Domestic cup (European Comps not needed)
4- Don't cheat, as it will only take the fun out of the Challenge
5- Post screenshots every season (League Position, Cup performances)
6- Past experience set to Automatic please.
7- When moving to a new country, you must apply for jobs- DO NOT ADD NEW MANAGER.

Might try this, had a go on fm 2012 until it crashed, the team in 10th is SV Horn
 
Might give this a go still not found a save i've got into
 
Should be a nice save to play, my trouble seems to be getting bored with a single team over a long save so it looks perfect for me. I think the hardest jump will be moving from Denmark to England. The level of football is so much better in England, perhaps a good European Cup run will help.

Anyway, I've started with SV Horn in Austria. I'll post screenshots at the end of the season.
 
Can you change teams within the same nation? Eg. move from SV Horn after 1 season to join Austria Wien?
 
Time to get this started!

Hopefully its ok if I use FM Classic... Just dont have enough time to regularly play the full FM, and I use my other save for that!

Although I reckon I will get frustrated with the "win every cup" in the league one.. They get quite annoying!!

What is you opinion on winning champions league also means moving on? Or does that make it too silly?

With 'win every cup' do you even include stuff like Johnstone's Paint and FA Trophy?
 
Just started this as it sounds good. Will try and post updates every year.
 
I'm going to give this a shot but only going to try winning the equivalents of FA/League cup :)
 
I have started this challenge and so far so good. I was knocked out of the cup in the first round but won the first division to get promoted. So far in the 2nd season I have been knocked out of the cup in the 2nd round but after 11 games I am 9 points clear of relegation in 3rd place. I don't expect to keep this form up but if I stay up I will be very happy.
 
Stayed up quite easily in my first season but didnt really trouble the leaders. Second season is pretty much the same, think I changed too much of the squad. Applied for a few jobs in the Austrian Premier but the board got unhappy and I had to apologise.
 
In my 2nd season I just stayed up in the Premierleague and was knocked out of the cup in 2nd round. I applied for a couple of positions in the same division but they just laughed it off. I'm hoping 3rd time lucky to make my mark.
 
Im going to start it after my british man city challenge, however, will only be aiming to win cup/ highest division in each country. If that is to time consuming i might switch to classic(still havent tried classic)
 
Gonna give it a try, should I succeed in anything, I shall reply here.

guys i want to start but i don't know what reputation to use...and also what is automatic reputation?
 
in the rule number 6, there is explained that you are to set your past experience (reputation) to automatic.

And to the second question, I believe automatic reputation gives you adequate reputation, so if you apply for the lowest playable team (judging by team's rep), they will want you. So if you load Indonesia with automatic, your overall reputation will be lower than let's say if you load only Spanish top league. But I just think it works that way :)
